A highly respected, Chambers-ranked Legal 200 law firm based in Reading is seeking a Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor to join its established team, with a clear path to Partnership.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to step into a senior leadership role within a collaborative and award‑winning firm.
About the Role
You will play a key role in growing and leading the Private Client team, advising a high-net-worth client base on a broad range of matters including:
- Wills & Estate Planning
- Trusts and Tax Planning
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection and mental capacity issues
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision‑making, mentor Junior Solicitors and help drive the department’s business development activities.
Your Profile
- 10+ years’ PQE in private client law
- Strong experience advising on complex estates, trusts and tax planningExperience of Court of Protection matters would be advantageous
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Comfortable mentoring and supervising more junior fee earners
- Looking for a genuine career move into Partnership level within a thriving firm
