Opportunity
We are looking for self‑motivated, tenacious, and goal‑oriented individuals to join our Sales Development team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you will generate a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting into companies and engaging in high‑level conversations with C‑level executives. This role offers advancement potential within the sales organization and welcomes recent college graduates or individuals early in their career.
What You Will Do
- Generate a pipeline of leads and business opportunities through prospecting and market research.
- Follow up with prospects through inbound and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to move qualified pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Effectively communicate value propositions to secure initial meetings with potential new customers.
- Brainstorm with the team on identifying key players and generating interest in Insider One’s products.
- Maintain expand the prospect database in assigned segments.
What You Will Need
- New graduate with 1–2 years of sales experience or highly encouraged.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Native‑level proficiency in a Scandinavian language, preferably Swedish or Danish.
- Understanding of the e‑commerce market (a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable on the phone, adept at dialing dozens of numbers a day.
- Passion for market research, identifying key players, and generating leads.
- Desire to hustle, prove yourself, and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or experience in a customer‑oriented position (a plus).
