Overview
We’re looking for Customer Service Assistants to join our friendly and supportive Customer Service team at Beacon. You’ll be the first point of contact for our residents and customers, working collaboratively with colleagues across Housing services to resolve queries at the first opportunity and provide a consistent, high‑quality service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and customers.
- Collaborate with Housing services staff to resolve enquiries promptly.
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery at every interaction.
