Empowering Primary Learning Support Assistant (SEND/SEMH)

GSL Education – Chelmsford is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a permanent position in Colchester, aimed at aiding KS1 and KS2 pupils with SEND and SEMH needs. Candidates will support these children by creating a nurturing learning environment.

The successful applicant will work closely with the SENCo and teaching staff, providing 1:1 and small group support, and engage positively with families to aid pupil development.

Start date is September 2026 with a working pattern of 34 hours per week.
