The Role
- Supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom environment
- Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
- Applying psychological theories to support learning and engagement
- Supporting small group interventions and classroom activities
- Helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and social skills
- Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
