What You’ll Do

• Support individuals with disabilities, including those with profound and complex needs, using person‑centred approaches.
• Assist with daily tasks such as medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
• Provide emotional and practical support.
• Help individuals access community facilities and participate in activities.
• Build strong relationships to promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Empower individuals to learn new skills and pursue hobbies and interests.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in care.
• Previous experience supporting people with mental health conditions, complex care needs, and challenging behaviours.
• Ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively, and work flexibly.
• IT literate with good communication skills.
• Compassionate, caring, and positive attitude.
• Passion for making a real difference in people’s lives.
