plumber

We are seeking an experienced plumber to perform maintenance and repairs of our clients’ heating and hot water systems in Lincoln area. The Plumber will visit client properties to perform a range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks. They will ensure that all plumbing systems function efficiently and safely, completing all repairs in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary plumbing repairs and maintenance work.
• Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures.
• Diagnose and assess plumbing issues.
• Ensure all health and safety requirements and legislation, including risk assessments, safe systems of work, and COSHH records, are adhered to during your daily work.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and tenants.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to diagnose problems and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and our team.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to the out of hours, weekends and evenings on call rota.
• Complete all appropriate criminal and reference checks before starting work.
• Work 5 days per week (Mon – Fri) 8am to 5pm – 40 hrs, one hour for lunch daily.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced in plumbing with relevant certification.
