We encourage fresh ideas, invest in development and are committed to creating a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone feels like they belong.Role: The Material Handler is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support continuous moulding operations.This role ensures correct material supply to machines and to uphold housekeeping and health & safety standards within the factory.Key Responsibilities:Supply moulding machines with the correct materials according to production schedules and work instructionsRemove finished products, scrap, and regrind from moulding areas as requiredRefill dryers, hoppers, and material feed systems safely and correctlyWork in accordance with all SSW’s and maintain a clean and tidy work environmentDevelop own knowledge of materials and the differences between themComply with all Health & Safety requirementsOperate material handling equipment such as FLT, PPT and OHCPositive work ethic and excellent timekeepingSkills & Experience:Good knowledge of all materials used and how they require processingUnderstand the material conveyance system and its controls.Set up with required materialKnowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental standards for self and others in line with trainingWorking Hours & Benefits:Monday to Friday on rotational shift, 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6amSave as you earn Sharesave SchemeCycle to work schemeContributory pension scheme – matched up to 8%Various health & wellbeing initiatives including complimentary occupational health on-site physiotherapy and counselling servicesStaff discount on all Genuit Group productsFree on-site parkingHere at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
