Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Private Markets

London (On‑Site)

Base Salary: £42,000 | OTE: £70,000–£75,000 | Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity

Jura Capital is a boutique private markets firm specialising in private equity, private credit, and alternative investments.

We work with qualified investors and high‑net‑worth individuals, providing access to high‑conviction opportunities through a curated network of family offices, fund managers, and specialist originators.

We are expanding our distribution team and are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong outbound sales background within financial services or related sectors.

The Role

As an SDR, you will be responsible for initiating and qualifying investor relationships.

This is a high‑activity, outbound‑focused role where your primary objective is to engage prospective investors, assess suitability, and introduce qualified opportunities to the senior brokerage team.

You will:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and professional networks
  • Engage and qualify high‑net‑worth and sophisticated investors
  • Book qualified appointments for senior brokers
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects
  • Deliver confident, structured conversations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking candidates with relevant outbound sales experience, including:

  • Financial services (investments, wealth management, brokerage, insurance)
  • FX / CFDs / trading platforms
  • Real estate investment or high‑value property sales
  • Business development roles involving high‑ticket or consultative sales

You should have:

  • Proven experience in cold calling or outbound business development
  • Strong objection‑handling and call control skills
  • Confidence speaking with high‑value clients (£50k+ conversations)
  • A target‑driven, performance‑oriented mindset
  • A professional and credible communication style

Compensation

Base Salary: £42,000

Commission – 0.25% of investment value

Earn commission on opportunities that convert into funded investments.

OTE: £70,000–£75,000 in Year 1

Uncapped earning potential.

Bonus: Annual performance‑based bonus.
