Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Trafford Park. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities, maintaining and building client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, preparing quotes, identifying prospective clients, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Collaboration with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery is also a critical component of the position.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and meet targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing tailored solutions
- Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
