What you’ll be doing:

We’re on the lookout for warm‑hearted, proactive Male Support Workers to join our growing team in beautiful Haverfordwest, Wales.

  • Full time or part time available
  • 2-5 shifts a week available
  • 8pm – 8am
  • Mixture of Waking night shifts and Sleep night shifts

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero‑hours contract as care packages can change.

  • Maintain professional boundaries with the client and their family members, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate
