We are recruiting for a Property Support Assistant to join our well-established team based in Newport. We are an industry leader in Real Estate auctions with a reputation for excellence. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and strive to be the best.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an estate agency or connected sector. You will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations by fulfilling administration and customer service duties and processes, acting as a main point of contact for our customers and providing general administration to our valuation team.
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer enquiries in a timely manner, via phone, email and in person, ensuring we exceed customer expectations.
- Update and maintain databases, including publishing properties to portals.
- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, vendors and other relevant third parties, ensuring signed terms and entry fees are received from vendors prior to auction.
- Comply with AML regulations.
- Liaise with valuers where appropriate to ensure they’re aware of the status of the property and any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate appointments and viewings.
- Attend our evening auctions on a 5-weekly basis for which you will receive time off paid in lieu.
- General administration tasks, including processing contracts and after sales administration.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in a similar role is essential.
- Experience in Estate Agency or a connected sector preferred.
- A confident and professional phone manner.
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time role working in our office in Newport, Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm. The role offers a valuable opportunity for individuals seeking to build a career in property administration within a supportive team environment.
