Learning Support & Intervention Assistant

Outwood Academy Haydock is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to help remove learning barriers and enable students to reach their potential. This role involves working with teachers to deliver tailored learning activities and providing academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups.

You will support students with special educational needs and play a vital role in the teaching cycle, helping monitor student progress and assist with their social and emotional well-being. Experience working with children is essential, and training will be provided.
