As the go-to Facilities Maintenance Team Lead, you will be overseeing operations across three sites with the prospect to expand by the end of the year. This includes leisure venues all based in Southampton. Responsibilities include ensuring maintenance of facilities, leading a small team, ensuring health and safety standards are met, ordering new materials and resources, and problem-solving to ensure seamless productions.
The Role:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of multiple facilities
- Lead a small team
- Organise on-site equipment, orders and resources
- Occasional call-outs with time in lieu offered when outside Monday-Friday
- Flexible start-finish times within a 40-hour week
