Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, but you may choose to work fewer hours (minimum 12). Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability window, and you will receive three weeks notice of shift timing.

You will be responsible for
- Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride.

- Working across the store, including service, picking, and replenishment areas.
- Applying training to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
- Making decisions that benefit customers and deliver store routines.

- Handling products with care to maintain quality.
