The role:
You’ll begin by supporting experienced recruiters, learning candidate sourcing, client communication, and everything in between. Once you’re confident, you’ll step into a full 360 recruitment role: speaking with schools, matching candidates, and building your own desk.
No recruitment or sales experience? No problem. Our top-tier training program and supportive team will guide you every step of the way.
What your role could look like after 6 months:
- Making introduction calls and building school relationships
- Navigating our CRM system with ease
- Responding to candidate and client queries
- Sourcing, shortlisting, and placing education professionals
- Contributing to team strategy and hitting individual targets and sales revenue goals
