The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Business development and outbound activity
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle

Experienced recruiters with a strong billing history will also be considered.
First 3 weeks: full‑time office training
Thereafter: 4 days office / Wednesday WFH
