Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Role Overview

You will be a Recruitment Consultant responsible for selling face‑to‑face and over the phone to high‑level decision makers, managing client and candidate databases, and handling your own PR and marketing. You will create marketing pieces, proof‑check bids and tenders, and work independently or with minimal direction, with success dependent on decision making, dedication, and a drive to win.

Responsibilities

• Sell face‑to‑face and over the phone to high‑level decision makers.
• Be responsible for your own PR and marketing.
• Source and build a client and candidate database.
• Work independently or with minimal direction, with success dependent on decision making, dedication, and a will to win.
• Prepare marketing pieces and proof‑check bids and tenders.
• Be a team player while being highly organized, accurate, and working under pressure.
• Remain competitive, continuously improve, and apply fluid intelligence to solve problems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or graduate calibre with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ambitious, competitive, driven, confident, and outgoing.
• Commercial awareness and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive & eager to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads.
• Ideally experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record in your field (work, education, or sport).
