Responsibilities

• Work on day to day and void maintenance.
• Manage contractors and in-house workforce.
• Pre- and post-inspections of works.
• Ensure safety and quality on site.
• Liaise with internal colleagues on status of jobs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of schedule of rates working.
• HNC in Building or Construction related discipline.
