Responsibilities
This Admin Coordinator will be joining a pre-existing and longstanding successful regional team who covers the length of the South West. You will be responsible for managing the compliance throughout the team.
The role will involve regular liaison with the wider business, providing support to site teams from tender stage through until after care. Informing and keeping up to date with legislation changes and industry best practice, and ensuring correct changes and support is provided.
As Admin Coordinator you will lead the administration and systems for the team, ensuring company procedure and best practice is followed in an organised and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience within the construction industry preferred.
- High standards, attention to detail and determination.
Projects traditionally range in size from the smaller £2m up to £200m in value. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking to work regionally.
