Responsibilities

• Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently addressed.
• Customer service – provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs during their visit, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly manner.
• Teamwork – collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
• Adherence to regulations – comply with health and safety regulations and any location-specific guidelines.
• Cleanliness – maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Able to adapt to challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in a similar role (food service) is a plus
• Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Work according to BaxterStorey core values
