Responsibilities
- Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently addressed.
- Customer service – provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs during their visit, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly manner.
- Teamwork – collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
- Adherence to regulations – comply with health and safety regulations and any location-specific guidelines.
- Cleanliness – maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
- Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Able to adapt to challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in a similar role (food service) is a plus
- Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Work according to BaxterStorey core values
