Empowering Social Care Worker for Adult Support

Comhairle nan Eilean Siar is looking for a Social Care Worker for a permanent, full-time position in Ardseileach. This role requires promoting and supporting adults with support needs in various settings, including those with overnight requirements.

Ideal candidates will have SVQ Level III in Care or the equivalent and the ability to effectively communicate and work as part of a team. This position offers a salary of £26,440 – £28,896 per annum, including a Distant Islands Allowance.

Successful candidates must undergo the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and follow the essential criteria outlined in the job description.
