Our experienced staff provide stimulating learning opportunities addressing the needs of pupils with moderate, severe and profound learning difficulties. About The Job
Salary: £17,779 – £18,060 a year
Hours per week: 30, Term time plus 5 days
We are looking for a skilled and competent Catering Assistant to join our small, friendly catering team. Under the direction of the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food, clearing away and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
About You
Candidates should ideally have experience in a food service or preparation environment, be familiar with food hygiene standards and be willing to complete formal food hygiene training. This will be a busy and rewarding role.
Additional Information
Applicants for this public‑facing post must be able to converse in fluent spoken English and provide effective help or advice. The position requires an enhanced DBS check, is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires disclosure of all unspent cautions and convictions.
