Humber Court, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust, is recruiting for a Relief Care Assistant – Nights.

Humber Court, Humber Road, Coventry, West Midlands, CV3 4FE.

Job Details

• Role: Care Assistant
• Hours: Relief. Ad hoc as required, working night shifts.
• Salary: £13.64 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents, including physical and personal care and support with social activities.
• Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of residents.
• Encourage independence and self-belief.
• Ensure records and documents are completed in line with policy.

Qualifications

• Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
• Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
• Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
• Flexible with hours.
