Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks.
• Encourage hobbies such as gardening, table tennis, pool, football, music, and cooking.
• Promote independence and wellbeing through community outings and activities.
• Accompany individuals on day trips.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.
