Your Role
As a Support Worker, you will help individuals live as independently as possible while delivering compassionate, person-centred support.
Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities
- Promoting independence and choice
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting with community activities
- Building positive relationships with service users
- Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Health & Social Care preferred
- Passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
- Reliable, compassionate and professional attitude
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete compliance and training
