Mental Health Support Worker – Specialist SEMH School, Folkestone

Are you a graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs? A specialist SEMH school in Folkestone is seeking a motivated Mental Health Support Worker to join their team. In this role, you’ll provide consistent, child‑centred support to pupils, helping them manage behaviour, develop emotional wellbeing, and thrive in a supportive school environment.

Who we’re looking for: Mental Health Support Worker

  • Recent graduates in Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Youth Studies, or related fields.
  • Candidates with a genuine interest in mental health, SEMH, or working with children with complex needs.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed individuals who want to learn from experienced therapists and educational specialists.
