This is a part‑time, evening role: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 18:00‑21:00 with some flexibility required or available. For part‑time hours the salary is calculated on a pro‑rata basis based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
As a Telephone Researcher at Leicestershire Police, you will call members of the public who have had contact with the police to get their feedback and record accurate data in this vital role to improve service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Call members of the public who have had contact with the police to obtain feedback and record accurate data.
- Use a structured questionnaire to guide interviews.
- Achieve at least three interviews per hour.
- Provide support by pointing respondents toward resources or updating them on case information where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
