Who We Are
ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9‑18 facing complex social, emotional and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD and trauma‑related behaviours.
We run four small, nurturing homes – each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

A calm, cosy bungalow supporting up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9‑18). We’re a quirky, caring crew who believe in laughter, love and helping kids thrive.

The Role
- 1:1 support with young people
- 39 hours per week, working 2 × 15‑hour shifts, 1 × 9‑hour shift and 1 sleepover per week
- We can also accommodate bank staff in this service
- One weekend off every three
- UK driving licence required (manual preferred – if you have an automatic licence, you may be asked to use your own vehicle for activities)
- Permanent role available – we can also accommodate bank staff

Note:
Our Andover home is currently closed, however, we are recruiting a team to support new children who will move in within the next 4‑6 months. Until then, training, shadow shifts and regular shifts will be worked in our other homes in Lymington, Fareham and Romsey.
