Sales Leader Fire Systems

Travel across EMEA, with primary focus on the UK & Continental Europe
A globally established engineering manufacturer in fluid-flow and mission-critical infrastructure solutions is continuing its strategic investment into the Fire Systems market across EMEA.
As part of this growth trajectory, the business is seeking a high-calibre Sales Leader to drive the commercial development and market expansion of its Fire Systems division.
This is a highly strategic, specification-led leadership position focused on strengthening market presence within sectors including data centres, infrastructure, industrial and energy. The role offers the opportunity to influence go-to-market strategy, develop high-level partnerships, and shape long-term growth across regulated and technically complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the commercial growth strategy for the Fire Systems business across UK & Continental Europe.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, end users and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead specification-driven business development activities, securing Basis of Design (BOD) positioning and early-stage project influence.
- Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across sectors such as data centres, infrastructure, industrial and energy.
- Lead the global teams to strengthen market positioning and commercial execution.
- Support the development of scalable go-to-market strategies and long-term customer partnerships.
- Represent the business at strategic customer meetings, technical discussions, industry events and market engagements.
Requirements
- Strong commercial leadership experience within fire protection, life safety, pumps, mechanical infrastructure, or related technical industries.
- Proven background within specification-led sales and complex project environments.
- Experience engaging with consultants, OEMs, contractors and key technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to sectors such as data centres, infrastructure, industrial or mission-critical environments would be highly advantageous.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence both technically and commercially.
- Comfortable operating across regional / international markets with extensive travel.
