Multi Skilled Joiner

Equans is looking for a Joiner to join our team in Leeds working on their repairs and maintenance contract on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

Working hours are Monday to Friday – 8am-5pm with 30mins for lunch.

What will you deliver?

• Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company.
• Compliance with specification.
• To provide a multi-skilled trade service, working on the allocated site. Assist the Site team with day to day running of the project
• Assist in the delivery of a high performing, effective and efficient Repairs, Maintenance and Refurbishment Service including the monitoring of a team of Trade Operatives
• Responsible for delivering a wide range of Repairs, Maintenance and Refurbishment works
• Escalate any issue of concern/potential concern to the Supervisor/Manager as required to ensure a pro‑active approach is maintained and service delivery is not impacted
• Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
• To use appropriate safety equipment
• To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
• Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site‑based documentation.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous Joinery experience and qualifications
• Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
• Understanding of local government
• Experience of Partnership arrangements
• Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
