Receptionist / Administrator Role – Dudley (DY1 4TA)

Pay: £12.71 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37 hours per week). Please note the role will require a late night to be worked once a month, usually on a Wednesday 12.00pm to 7.00pm

Contract: Temporary for four months from start date (with potential for extension)Working pattern: Fully onsite

We are currently recruiting for a receptionist / administrator to work for our Public Sector client, in their Probation Office. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting the operational delivery of a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, working with sensitive information, supporting staff and people on probation, and maintaining accurate systems and records. Your main responsibilities will be as follows

  • Maintain and update databases and case files
  • Handle communications via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide reception cover and support meetings
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
  • Support enforcement and safeguarding processes
  • Uphold confidentiality, equality, and health & safety standards

  • Confident and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
