Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
The availability windows above are the periods during the week that we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide you with 3 weeks’ notice of your exact shifts. We support flexibility, so if your availability closely matches these windows you may still apply.

Responsibilities
- Help to serve shoppers better every day.

- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply the training you have received to work safely and effectively.

- Understand your store’s performance and work to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

- Be willing to accept deliveries into the store when required.
