This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering planned lessons, supporting children with a range of needs, and committed to fostering a safe, engaging and positive learning environment. As part of GLF Schools, you’ll also benefit from opportunities for professional development and collaboration across a wider network of supportive professionals.Please note, you may also be required to work at Cuddington Croft Primary School, which forms part of our school cluster under the Executive Headteacher.**What we are looking for*** Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification.* Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning.* Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils’ emotional and academic development.* Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.* Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.* Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.**About Warren Mead Schools**Our school sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director.
