Teaching Assistant – South Manchester – Start Date: ASAP – Salary: £92.63 – £115 per day.

Responsibilities

The school is looking to take on a committed Teaching Assistant on a long‑term, full‑time basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will be working 1:1 with a Year 2 pupil with SEND and challenging behaviour, requiring strong behaviour management, patience and consistency.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience working in a UK primary school
• Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly challenging behaviour
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A patient and resilient approach
• A positive can‑do attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
