Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing structural warranty provider operating nationwide within the residential construction sector. They are looking for a Claim and Compliance manager to help streamline their processes within their growing company.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming structural claims, ensuring they are logged, assessed, and progressed in line with policy and regulatory standards.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners, developers, and surveyors about claim status.
• Conduct compliance checks on live projects and review documentation.
• Use digital systems and new portals to improve claim processing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, structural claims, or a related insurance environment.
• Solid understanding of how buildings are put together.
• Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
• Empathy and confidence to manage sensitive conversations.
