About the Role
You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team, led by Production Shift Manager, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.
As a Production Advanced Team Operative your main tasks and duties will be:
- Performing all duties within the Production Department within the Factory to ensure the effective running of the process function and/or production lines and associated systems/equipment and being audit ready at all times.
- Operating equipment/machinery and undertaking fault finding, changeovers including CIP where relevant, asset care, and basic machine maintenance activities.
- Management of Raw Materials in accordance with FIFO and Storage Procedures.
- Accurately completing all monitoring systems required by the Company in accordance with Company Policies, Procedures and Standards.

Salary and Benefits
The annual salary with shift allowance is£34,076.47. Your shift pattern will be (3on3off rotating days and nights). In addition, you will have 3 x your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.
