To provide technical support and system administration for operational systems within Customer Services, ensuring effective functionality, maintenance, and development of platforms primarily focused on housing services but adaptable across the wider service. The role will ensure systems are optimised to support excellent customer service delivery.
- Manage, maintain, and configure operational systems used within Customer Services, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system‑related issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems promptly.
- Liaise with software suppliers, IT teams, and service managers to implement updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and produce reports to support operational decision‑making.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
