Overview
Worcester City Council is expanding its team of rough sleeper support workers and is recruiting for two flexible, empathetic and assertive individuals to join us. Candidates should have a positive attitude and be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of customers and the service.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outreach support to individuals who are rough sleeping or vulnerably housed. Using a strengths‑based approach, they will work proactively with a range of organisations to identify appropriate accommodation and support solutions for customers.
Qualifications
The post holder will be required to obtain an Enhanced Disclosure certificate, hold a full and current UK driving licence, and have access to a vehicle for the role.
