Overview
We are recruiting a Chef de Partie for this exciting and creative kitchen in Sudbury-on-Thames. This Gastro Pub serves up a classic British menu that is executed using the freshest and most premium produce available. As well as initially learning all the menus and recipes the Chef de Partie will oversee their own section work within a small team of Chefs.
Responsibilities
- Learn all menus and recipes and oversee their own section within a small team of Chefs.
- Work hands-on in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain high culinary standards.
- Support a lunchtime and dinner service.
Qualifications
- Quality restaurant background with experience working with fresh ingredients.
- Hands-on, creative approach and ability to contribute to menu development.
- Enthusiastic, professional, and passionate with exceptional culinary skills.
