About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team to cover a variety of shifts with a service user based in Ladysbridge/Banff.
The successful Support Workers will provide support in a range of tasks such as household tasks and maintenance of tenancy, personal care, medication administration, preparing nutritional meals and cooking, and activities.
Our service user is a young man who has severe autism and developmental delay, is non‑verbal but capable of communication through pointing and gestures, is PEG fed, and has begun to eat orally. Delivery of the behaviour support plan is essential when challenging behaviour occurs.
Our support workers will also assist with driving as the user has his own car and may unexpectedly require transportation.
