Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Up to 35 hours per week

The Support Worker Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in the lives of those you support. You’ll help people build confidence, develop skills, and live fulfilling, independent lives.
- Provide personal care and support with eating, medication, and routine
- Help plan and participate in fun activities, trips, and community events
- Encourage independence and celebrate every milestone
- Assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and errands
- Build positive, trusting relationships through listening and open communication
- Support individuals to plan and achieve their personal goals and ambitions
About you:
- A caring, compassionate attitude
- Motivation to support others in reaching their goals
- Great listening and communication skills
- Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential – we’ll give you all the training and support you need to thrive
