Overview
We are looking for a kind, energetic, and reliable Support Worker to assist a 45-year-old man with autism, anxiety and a learning disability. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact by supporting someone to live a more active, fulfilling life.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support focused on physical and outdoor activities that promote independence, wellbeing, and enjoyment.
- Plan and participate in activities such as walking, cycling, gym visits, or community outings, tailored to the person’s interests and needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience would be beneficial.
- PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) scheme will be required for the successful applicant.
- Two references are required.
- All training will be provided.
Hours & Scheduling
Hours are negotiable. Days and times can vary. Some evening and weekend work is required.
