Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an Asset Delivery Engineer to support bioresources and wastewater operations across multiple sites. This role focuses on improving asset performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting the delivery of maintenance and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and maintenance support to wastewater treatment and bioresource operations across multiple sites
- Maintain and update asset documentation to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant plant operation
- Support reporting processes by analysing and presenting operational data
- Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies
- Review and manage engineering documentation including P&IDs, process drawings, O&M manuals, and inventory records
- Assist in delivering planned maintenance and engineering projects from scope through to completion
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors/stakeholders
Requirements
- Relevant engineering qualification
- Experience working in a project or site-based engineering environment
- Experience managing contractors
- Strong digital skills, particularly in asset management and inventory systems
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, condition monitoring, and criticality assessment
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Project management qualification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2)
- Experience within wastewater or similar industries
- Experience using Power BI and/or Python for data analysis and reporting
