You know healthcare. You know hospitals. And you know how to build trust with clinicians in environments where patient outcomes matter.
You’ve built your career around supporting better care, but now you’re ready for a more commercial role. One where you can use your clinical understanding, relationship-building skills, and knowledge of medical devices in a different way.
This Territory Manager opportunity offers exactly that. Joining a globally recognised medical device organisation, you’ll work across East Anglia to grow a urology product portfolio within public and private hospitals. With structured support, strong benefits, and clear growth opportunities, this is a chance to build a long-term commercial career while staying close to clinicians and patient outcomes.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Not only is our client a market leader in urology; but they’re currently in a phase of growth. They’re looking for people to help take the business further as they launch new acquisitions and take new products to market.
They’re keen to support your growth, too. They can support you with excellent salary and bonus prospects, as well as car allowance. You’ll also have ample opportunity to become an expert in your field and provide meaningful expertise to professionals out in the field.
What will your day to day look like?
As a key member of the UK Sales team, you’ll maintain and develop existing customer relationships while seeking out new opportunities to market and sell an urology product portfolio into public and private hospitals. Your day to day could include:

- Managing your activity to achieve revenue targets
