Landmarc Support Services are currently recruiting a Training Area Operative for the Strensall Training Area. In this role you will support the Army, Royal Navy, and Royal Air Force in maintaining a safe, efficient, and sustainable training environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Erecting and removing danger area flags and ensuring secure locking of access gates.
- Assisting with range control operations to maintain safe and efficient use of facilities.
- Repairing and maintaining targets and range equipment.
- Carrying out general range repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
- Grounds maintenance, including grass cutting and upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Fencing inspections and repairs to ensure site security and safety.
- Cleaning and maintaining offices, welfare facilities, and toilets to a high standard.
- Supporting pest control activities in line with site requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
- Knowledge of landscape and ground maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of MOD ranges and target systems.
- Basic IT skills; able to use a tablet.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast‑paced team environment.
- Good knowledge of health and safety protocols.
- Valid Manual UK driving licence.
