Student Property Manager

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and leading lettings agency in Central Bristol, with the appointment of an experienced Student Property Manager to join their long‑term lettings team.

This is a fantastic and hands‑on opportunity, for an individual with prior property management experience to take ownership of their own portfolio, while building and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and landlords.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a landlord’s portfolio of student properties, acting as the main point of contact for this landlord and all tenants.
• Monitoring, reporting, and resolving maintenance issues with all relevant parties.
• Organising certifications to ensure full compliance across the portfolio.
• Conducting scheduled property visits and compiling detailed reports.
• Completing property inventories, check‑outs, and inspections.
• Handling tenancy contract renewals.
• Managing deposit returns, including disputes and negotiations.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE

• At least 1‑2+ years property management experience in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant property legislation.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

• Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends).
• 30 days holiday including bank holidays, plus an extra day for each year of service, plus up to an extra 3 days for no sick days.
