We’re recruiting full-time and part-time Reablement Support Workers to support our clients at home following a stay in hospital. We have work available in Stroud and surrounding areas.

Pay rates from £13.50 to £15.00 per hour
Flexible Work That Fits Around You
We offer a flexible approach to shifts, including:
- Mornings 8:00am – 2:00pm
- Evenings 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Every other Weekend availability (with a focus on work-life balance)
- Full-time and part-time roles available.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Reablement Support Worker, you’ll support people in their own homes—helping people to maintain their independence in:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
- Meal preparation and medication
- Encouraging independence through an outcome-focused approach following their reablement pathway
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Working alongside families, Social Workers, OT’s and Physiotherapy teams including other professionals to provide a therapeutic service
- Reporting changes and maintaining care records and peoples progress on their reablement pathway

- Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle (essential)
