The successful candidate will work alongside teachers and support staff to provide high-quality classroom support and help create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support to pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Support students with varying learning abilities and needs
- Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
- A genuine interest in education and child development
- The ability to work collaboratively within a school team
