Responsibilities
Elevating Customer Experience
- Act as a Valentino brand ambassador, delivering luxurious, personalized service andmaintaining merchandising standards.
- Stay trend-forward by understanding the latest makeup, skincare, and wellnesstrends to provide expert advice.
- Consistently execute the Valentino Beauty service model, ensuring a premiumexperience for every customer.
- Demonstrate products, narrate Valentino’s heritage, and offer tailoredknowledge, tips, and techniques.
Driving Retail Performance
- Achieve individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager.
- Build authentic client relationships in-store and digitally to encourageloyalty and repeat business.
- Promote events and activities, informing customers about upcoming in‑storepromotions and brand activations.
- Design and execute engaging events and animations that excite customers.
- Represent Valentino Beauty on internal and external social media, followingcompany guidelines.
Operational Excellence
- Participate in team efforts and complete all required training programs.
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms.
- Maintain the highest hygiene and housekeeping standards to keep a clean,organized counter environment.
Support and Development – L’Oréal Luxe
- Comprehensive onboarding with dynamic in‑person and online modules over threemonths.
- Continuous learning through mentorship and ongoing training.
